I work with adults who appear grounded and capable on the outside, but feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside. My work focuses on rebuilding self trust and nervous system regulation through trauma informed, holistic therapy, without spiritual bypassing or surface level coping.
Therapy with me is active and collaborative, focused on nervous system awareness and real, sustainable change, not pushing through the same old shit with better coping skills or forced positivity. This work is about reconnection with yourself in a way that feels honest and embodied.
I offer holistic, spiritually integrated therapy without religious doctrine. I am AAPI identified and LGBTQ+ affirming. A core value in my work is PLUR: Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. I offer later evenings for Virginia clients, and afternoon appointments for Hawai’i clients. For those in financial hardships, I offer sliding scale appointments.
