Every client and therapist pairing is different. Not every pairing will fit as well as others and the goal of every therapeutic relationship is for the therapist to act as a competent and supportive guide in navigating each client's map of unique challenges in life. I believe that the most important aspect of the relationship is the ability to be honest about the process--what works will differ for everyone. I aim to tailor treatment to each client so that he or she leaves the office feeling heard, understood and confident about the therapeutic journey.
I have worked with children, adults, families and couples. As a certified school psychologist, I have additional understanding of the school systems and its systematic challenges. Bullying and social difficulties are some of my areas of expertise.
