I offer virtual therapy sessions to adults located in Colorado and South Carolina. I specialize in working with anxiety and trauma (both acute and complex), but have a diverse background in working with a variety individuals and their experiences.
I tend to work from a mind-body perspective to address the whole person as I believe most issues are more complex than a set of symptoms. I am an EMDR certified therapist and utilize EMDR, Parts work (IFS/ego-state informed), CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and other modalities. I also collaborate with other therapists for adjunct EMDR services.
I support clients with a gentle approach to foster a shift in perspective and reduce long-term suffering. Therapy can be incredibly effective and healing when there is a willingness and desire for introspection and change.
