My ideal client is someone who experiences the world in their own unique way and may find stress, anxiety, or intense emotions challenging to manage. They are seeking a safe, understanding space to explore their feelings and recognize the strengths they already possess. They want to develop sustainable, compassionate ways of relating to their inner experiences and to use these insights to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others.
I'm a relational, humanistic therapist using a blend of Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based skill-building to improve connection to the self, the body, and others. Sessions offer opportunities for building clarity, structure, acceptance of feeling states, and a kinder way of relating to self.
I offer free 30 minute telehealth or phone consultations, and sliding scale pricing for those in financial need. Especially welcoming of BIPOC clients and folks in bigger bodies. LGBTQ+ informed and affirming. Neurodivergence aware and supportive, but I do not offer assessment at this time.
