My counseling services are grounded in the belief that healing occurs through authentic connection with others and with oneself. I believe that every individual enters counseling with the ability to heal and grow. My role, as the counselor, is to collaboratively support you in bringing awareness to this ability.
I believe that the nature of most clients’ struggles is rooted in negative core beliefs that originate from conditional love or acceptance of others. These negative core beliefs can impact our current relationships with others and with ourselves. I work with individual adults and children.
