Many people find themselves at a cross roads in their life where something needs to shift. I specialize in helping people through transitions to find a balance in their lifestyle and themselves. Whether that transition is becoming a teenager, becoming an adult, finding or loosing a job, entering or exiting a relationship, parenting, or a family that has decided that they need to change their dynamic, I help clients take what is important and healthy to them, and leave what is not.
I have focused on trauma and relationships as these two issues are often at the core of emotional and psychological discomfort. I love helping couples and individuals navigate big life changes, including pregnancy, martial and family concerns, as well as teenagers finding themselves.
My office is located on a 40 acre farm where clients can utilize the open space, and can chose to have sessions in our comfortable office, walking out in the fields, or partaking in equine facilitated psychotherapy. This setting often helps clients take some space from their normal lives and see their life more clearly.

Groups
Group Therapy
Group therapy can be an incredibly powerful modality, especially if our emotional wounds are IN relationship (which most are!) Groups can mimic family wounds, social wounds, and help us uncover some of our deepest sore spots to help heal and address. I am looking for a group of humans that would be interested in exploring emotional intimacy in a group setting over a long period of time. Current clients will be given priority and clients will be screened for their readiness to be in a group healing setting.
