I specialize in working with teens, families, couples, and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and family stressors. I help by creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore emotions, build self-compassion, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Unlike traditional therapy that focuses solely on the individual, my practice uses a systemic approach—meaning we look at how your challenges are both impacted by and influence your family and relationship dynamics. You can expect a comprehensive evaluation of your needs and a clear path toward your goals.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based models and building a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I want clients to feel genuinely seen and understood, which helps create a safe environment for honest, effective work. I find deep fulfillment in helping people rebuild connections, communicate more effectively, and feel like a team again.

I’m passionate about affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. I’ve written letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries and supported people through deeply personal and transformative experiences. Relational work is incredibly rewarding and I am impressed by folks who challenge themselves to better understand themselves and others.
