I am a Taiwanese American immigrant in my 30s, an introvert, and INTJ. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working in the mental health field since 2014. The things that matter to me are untangling early childhood experiences, strengthening relationships, and helping my clients learn new ways to cope with stressors. I work best with clients who care deeply about their relationships and wish to address feelings of loneliness, guilt, or issues of being burnt out in their careers and daily lives.
I am passionate about helping people gain deeper self-awareness and making changes congruent with their genuine selves.
