I am accepting new clients! We are social, relational animals. Navigating difficult situations often requires a specific kind of relationship in which one can speak truthfully: authentically express whatever is coming up in the moment, over and over and over, for as long as it takes. Sometimes I don’t know what I think until I say it, and I might not say it at all if no one is listening. Or if I don’t trust the person who is listening. Truthful speech is best supported by a specific kind of relationship: that’s what I provide.

My work is relational and present-centered: I encourage truthful speech and authentic expression in each moment. Change and insight often come along the way, but the work is simple: speaking truthfully in each moment. As a discipline, as a challenge, as a source of humor and solutions.

I offer one-on-one, in-person, traditional/classical psychotherapy for adults with grief, loneliness, weariness, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, existential vertigo in the modern world, or a general “unsatisfactoriness” that's hard to name.
