Hi, I’m Kai Coca (they/them). I provide therapy for teens and adults coping with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, relationship issues, identity exploration, and the impact of disability or chronic illness. My approach is supportive and collaborative, helping clients process difficult emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen relationships. I offer a safe, affirming space where you can explore your experiences and work toward lasting growth and resilience.
My therapy style is collaborative and supportive, focusing on your unique needs and goals. I use a trauma-informed, multicultural, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, offering anxiety therapy, depression counseling, and trauma treatment in a safe, inclusive space where all parts of your identity are respected.
I believe lived experience is a powerful teacher. While I bring training in anxiety therapy, depression counseling, and trauma treatment, I trust you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and support as you create meaningful change.
