About
I am a psychological assistant who provides individual and family therapy across the lifespan, with a focus on youth, adolescents, and young adults. I use a cognitive behavioral (CBT) and systems framework to work with individuals on issues stemming from OCD, anxiety, trauma, cultural stress, and low confidence. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to be themselves and learn strategies to lower distress and gain confidence.
I would like to offer clients a safe space to identify, accept, and fully embrace their strengths as well as embrace change in areas of growth and challenge. It can be especially hard to embrace change because in order to do so, we first have to admit that something is difficult for us.
Sometimes, that’s the hardest part. But – spoiler alert – if you are on this page, you have already shown strength in being able to recognize when you need a little bit of support. I commend you on taking that first step and I invite you to take the next in becoming the best and most authentic version of yourself with me as your guide.
