Hello and welcome! I have been working in the mental health field since 2014, providing care and support to individuals across the lifespan—from young children as early as two years old to older adults. My therapeutic approach is direct, authentic, and eclectic, allowing me to tailor interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
I specialize in, but not limited to domestic violence (with both men and women), couples/relationship therapy, and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR. My areas of focus also include generational trauma, racial microaggressions, LGBTQIA+ and sex trafficking. Moreover, I work with parents to strengthen skills and foster healthier family dynamics.
