As an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Wellness Counselor, I truly believe that people possess the intrinsic characteristics needed to create their own picture of what a quality life should be. I believe my role as a Therapist is to provide support and resources by seeking to gain a holistic view of the individual through understanding, empathy and assistance w/ self-exploration.

I feel this has helped to make me a more flexible and skilled Clinician w/ a wide range of specialties, including co-occurring disorders, substance use, trauma, attachment/family relationships and mood/personality disorders.

In our work together, I hope to assist Clients to recognize their own personal strengths and attributes, so that they can be more purposefully fostered to not only manage life's challenges, but also to better live according to one’s own values and potential.
