Using an eclectic mix of evidence-based treatments, common sense and humor, I provide individual therapy, pre-marital and marital counseling.
My training and experience in evidence based mental health treatment, child welfare, criminal justice and domestic violence prevention give me a unique professional perspective. I help my clients to discover and build upon their own inner strengths and resources by providing helpful honest counseling and developing strong and trusting partnerships.
