I work with people going through stage of life changes, ADHD, trauma, grief, spiritual issues, anxiety, infertility, depression, and relational conflict. My goal is to come alongside and help integrate these parts of you to bring healing and wholeness.
I practice EMDR therapy, Narrative therapy, Family Systems, and Internal Family Systems to facilitate healing.
I live on a farm with my husband and three kids and when I am not cheering on the kids at their sporting events, I love getting lost in woodworking and writing poetry.
