I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults facing trauma, anxiety, and depression. My areas of focus include relational challenges, people-pleasing, perfectionism, guilt, shame, disordered eating, and self-harm. I’m especially passionate about helping my clients build their self-esteem, confidence, and self-compassion.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I integrate humanistic therapy, person-centered therapy, and relational therapy with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. After initial consultation and collaboration we will explore your individual needs and goals and develop a plan that works best for you.
