Connection, authenticity, and collaboration are central to how I approach therapy. I work primarily with individuals navigating complex trauma, relational wounds, and patterns of over-intellectualizing their emotional experience. Many of my clients are self-aware, yet find themselves feeling disconnected from their emotions/experiences, repeating relational patterns, or struggling to access a deeper sense of self.
My style is warm, engaged, and direct. I see myself as an active participant in the therapy process. I bring curiosity, playfulness, and deep respect into the room. Together, we slow things down and move inward, and clients often begin to expand their emotional tolerance, relate to themselves with greater compassion, and experience meaningful shifts.

A 9-week therapeutic tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) group facilitated by a certified therapeutic game master. No prior gaming experience is needed and all supplies are provided. Participants will create characters and collaboratively engage in a guided narrative, using role-play to explore themes like identity, problem-solving, and interpersonal dynamics in a supportive environment.
