Many people carry the weight of self-doubt, shame, and disconnection from their authentic selves. I’m passionate about helping people quiet their inner critic, cultivate self-compassion, and rebuild confidence and wholeness. I believe therapy should go beyond coping; it should be a safe, supportive space to be fully heard, develop practical tools using evidenced based approaches, and grow into a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and true to who you are. I provide counseling to adolescents and adults. Areas of practice include recovery from trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression and grief, mood/emotion regulation, attachment disorders, self-identity and esteem, perfectionism, relationship struggles, behavioral difficulties, stress management, LGBTQIA+, and difficult life changes/adjustments.
I value educating clients about how the brain works to deepen their self-understanding while supporting them in developing skills for self-acceptance and emotional regulation. We'll work together to identify and challenge unwanted tendencies, cultivate mindfulness practices, and build resilience that allows you to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs.
