With 16+ years of experience in therapeutic treatment, my work has spanned across all ages and through many different symptoms and struggles that bring an individual to therapy. My approach is collaborative and integrative, balancing expertise with an easygoing atmosphere, and rooted in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for growth.
Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each client using traditional talk therapy that also incorporates neurobiological strategies as well as holistic care.
