I'm a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional who values walking alongside women in their journey to wellness during pregnancy and postpartum. I also specialize in reproductive mental health with training from the ASRM to provide treatment for fertility challenges, issues related to ART, family building decisions, and reproductive loss.

In your first couple of sessions, we'll explore your goals for therapy and I'll share my recommendation of which treatment modalities would be best for your individualized needs. My therapeutic approach is often through a polyvagal lens, helping clients connect with their nervous system to heal. I am also EMDR trained and often use this for both small and big traumas.
