I help adults across Indiana break free from the cycles that keeps them stuck. I help them overcome anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles. My style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I'll validate your experiences while helping you challenge the patterns keeping you stuck.
