I’m a licensed telehealth therapist in Indiana, helping BIPOC, LGBTQ+, kink-friendly clients, and individuals in general untangle anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and relationship challenges.
My clients are often deep feelers and high achievers who are tired of holding it all together; tired of being there for everyone but themselves. I will support you in learning to chose you and to stop ignoring your wants and needs. My goal is to help you learn coping skills that help you see yourself and the world around you in new healthy ways.
Our sessions will be a place to explore what’s going on, no masks, no pretending. We’ll work together to build tools that help you manage emotions, process past experiences, and set boundaries that stick.
