At the end of the day my goal is supporting you in helping yourself and building your sense of self-empowerment. I work best with Teens (15+) and Adults due to this self-empowerment approach.
My areas of experience include supporting newly diagnosed and those who have lived somewhere on the Neurodivergent spectrum. I also have experience working with Eating Disorders as well as mood disorders such as Anxiety and Depression. As a queer clinician I have been able to support those in or new to the LGBTQ+ community.
