There is a unique challenge in recognizing that you need help and an uphill battle that can follow in trying to access that help. I do my best to meet my clients where they are at and begin orienting them towards where they want to go. At the end of the day my goal is supporting you in helping yourself and building your sense of self-empowerment. I work best with Teens (15+) and Adults due to this self-empowerment approach.
My areas of experience include supporting newly diagnosed and those who have lived somewhere on the Neurodivergent spectrum. I also have experience working with Eating Disorders as well as mood disorders such as Anxiety and Depression. As a queer clinician I have been able to support those in or new to the LGBTQ+ community.
