I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. For me, the most rewarding part of being a clinician is witnessing individuals become their most empowered and authentic selves. I have experience working with adult individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and am trained in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life changes. I actively work on being a culturally competent clinician and have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQA+ community.
I completed my Master of Social Work at Springfield College and have been trained in multiple modes of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Additionally, I have over 10 years of personal mindfulness and meditation practice, which I integrate into my work with clients.
I believe therapy is a powerful tool that provides the space to begin healing our inner selves. I am confident I can provide a safe and empathetic environment for you, no matter where you are in life right now.
