I come to the therapeutic relationship with authenticity and openness so clients feel at ease. I believe in the power of acknowledging the challenges everyone faces and seeing the inherent strengths each individual possesses. I strive to both validate what is being experienced as well as be creative in supporting clients to build skills to live more from their centered self. It is my goal to support people through whatever they may be facing, help them build tools to feel more balanced, and be more empowered in their lives.
Over my career, I have worked with and supported people of all ages and backgrounds. I am passionate about working with couples, individuals, and families. In the therapeutic process I meet clients where they are at to hopefully give them a sense of peace and build trust as we work as a team to process challenges of life and complex emotions.
