I specialize in working with adult women struggling with trauma, relational conflict, perinatal difficulties, and infertility issues. I work with adults, teens, & tweens (11 and up) and strive to help cultivate a happier you. As the daughter of a 4th generation farmer, I am also passionate about advocating for mental health in agriculture and farming.
