I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy services for fourteen years in the Kansas City, Missouri area. I provide behavioral therapy to adult and geriatric clients through a client-centered therapeutic approach utilizing mindfulness practices to manage life transitions, adjustment to chronic illness, grief, and end-of-life concerns.
Through utilizing a strengths-based approach to therapy while providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment, clients are able to explore increased management of their experiences and a better understanding of self as well as their reactions.
