You may be struggling within your relationships, with unhelpful thoughts, or feelings that seem overwhelming. I support adolescents, teens, and adults that may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship conflicts, recovery from a narcissistic relationship (whether from a significant other, friendship, or family member), recovery from trauma, codependency, issues with boundaries, and more. If you find yourself lost and confused, feeling distressed or struggling to regulate emotionally, consider reaching out to me.
My goal is to provide an space that is a safe to explore and process tough topics without fear of judgment. I aim to help you make sense of what’s going on around and within you, to find ways to heal and overcome obstacles. I provide individual therapy and I am trained in EMDR. I use a variety of other treatment modalities like CBT, mindfulness, IFS, etc.
When you feel overwhelmed and you are experiencing trials that are difficult to navigate, it is time to reach out for support. During your first call we will talk about your concerns and what you want help with. You can see if I feel like the right fit for you. I hope to be a part of your journey towards self-discovery and self-empowerment.
