Our focus would be on both building skills for clients to use in the present while also delving deeply into your past allowing for profound personal growth. I am a trauma-informed therapist. Using my training and 20 years of experience, I partner with you to examine the behaviors, thinking, and relationships that are causing pain or paralysis.

I am here to help you rebuild and to heal. I have extensive experience in supporting women, post-partum and beyond, who are struggling with the pain of depression and anxiety. You are not alone.
