Internet use can become problematic due to addictive behaviors such as gaming, gambling and pornography. If you or someone you love believe that you may have a problem with your internet use, I can help to walk you through a process of identifying and treating these problematic behaviors. I am an RN and a licensed mental health therapist specializing in trauma informed care, anxiety and addictions.

Addictions often have their origins in pain and trauma. I can help by meeting you with unconditional positive regard and hearing your story. Together, we can identify the maladaptive thoughts and behaviors that led to your addiction and replace them with adaptive coping tools.
