I have worked in mental health for over 19 years. I have experience in school settings, medical social work and foster care as well as 13 years of direct clinical practice as a therapist. I have done my own grief work and am DBT informed, EMDR and IFS trained. My diverse background and training allows me to connect to people with a variety of needs.

You can expect honesty and integrity from me. I don't take on clients if I don't feel I'm the best clinician for them. If you schedule a Consultation/Evaluation with me I will provide you with recommendations for treatment and coordinate referrals and other resources because I want to make sure you get a provider that meets your needs and goals.
