I've always had a deep interest in knowing other's stories. Helping my clients articulate and understand their own stories is meaningful work that I'm honored to do. If you're struggling with life transitions, friendships and/or relationships, trying to move through difficult experiences or memories, or feeling lost in your current situation, let's connect. I also offer Counseling Consultations for a fee. This option is for anyone who needs help navigating mental health services, is having trouble finding good chemistry with a provider, or keeps getting put on waiting lists months out. My speciality is my ability to connect with people who have a range of needs and the belief that no issue is "too small/not worth working on". I rely on my 15+ years of experience and continued education and training opportunities to keep up with the needs of my clients. You can expect a friendly and non-judgmental space to speak your mind.
