I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of experience assisting others in achieving their mental health goals. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel welcome to heal, and I strive to remain non-judgmental throughout the process. I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Missouri-Columbia and am certified in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
I define myself as an eclectic therapist, tailoring treatment modalities to best fit each client’s unique needs. However, I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
