I have been a therapist for more than 10 years, specializing in anxiety disorders, disordered eating and body image work. Through our work together, we will identify not only the symptoms causing pain but work at tackling the root of ruptured love and safety. Focusing on strengthening healthy relationships, building trust in your experience and bolstering self compassion, we can work towards freedom.

I currently offer virtual and in-person sessions Monday through Friday.
