I primarily work with adult women who are seeking healing, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experiences. Many of of my clients have experienced trauma from childhood or later in life and are ready to begin processing those experiences. I also specialize in working with women 55+ who are navigating life transitions. Together we work to make sense of these changes and find renewed purpose and direction. I serve women who desire a faith-based approach incorporating biblical principles, scripture and prayer. We work together to align emotional healing with spiritual growth.
I provide a safe and supportive space where you can begin to process and heal. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches: EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches allow me to meet your unique needs, coming alongside of you for goal-orientated solutions.
Through my personal and professional experiences, I understand what it feels like to wrestle with identity, purpose, and the weight of past choices. Life's challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who we truly are.
