Do you feel inherently or uniquely flawed, isolated, stuck or inept at aspects of life? Supporting people beyond these limiting beliefs is my greatest joy. My specialty areas include chronic depression, complex trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, neurodivergence, relationship issues, communication mastery and major life transitions (career, grief, relationship, identity, retirement, medical). Through built trust, transparency, safety, humor and authenticity, we'll explore the mind-body-spirit connection and the many factors that influence how we feel, think, believe and act.
My desire to understand and help ease the human experience dates back 30 years to my undergraduate studies in psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill. My diverse and expansive professional background, clinical training, and transformative life experiences have prepared me with a well-rounded framework to help guide others through their own healing journeys.
