I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with high school teens, college age students and adults. I have over 10 years of experience offering counseling and therapy to diverse populations in Northern Virginia and in North Carolina. I provide an altruistic and pragmatic style of therapy that seems to appeal to all. I can provide clinical supervision in VA and DC.
Some of the approaches that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Trained in EMDR. I believe that these practices embody what is necessary for clients to attain their goals. I understand each client is unique and requires a specific therapeutic approach and should be heard in a non-judgmental supportive environment.
