Non-Monogamy Discussion and Support Group

This psychotherapy group provides a safe space for folks looking to explore, discuss, and receive support around navigating non-monogamy. Topics of conversations include practical logistics, attachment, hierarchy, metamour relationships, etc. This group is inclusive, but not limited to, folks who are interested in or already practicing various forms of non-monogamy, including polyamory, relationship anarchy or open relationships. It is also appropriate for folks who are unsure whether non-monogamy is right for them. Folks of all experiences are welcome! *This group is not appropriate for partners or members of the same polycule.
