Sometimes the hardest experiences are the ones we don’t quite have words for. You may feel overwhelmed or disconnected, question what you’re feeling, or find yourself repeating patterns you don’t fully understand. Therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered. I also incorporate expressive and experiential approaches, including sandtray, when helpful. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or where to begin. There is room for difficult emotions, uncertainty, silence, creativity, and humor.
I believe healing happens when we feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. My hope is to help you understand yourself with greater compassion, build trust in what you feel and need, and find a way forward that feels genuinely your own.
