Anxiety, trauma, addiction, ADHD and depression can be debilitating and difficult to process. We might be struggling in our relationships. I am here for you! I focus on the mind-body connection, and learning how to manage emotional responses to life and its stressors. Promoting growth, self-development and improving relationships and communication skills, are also fundamental in the healing process. I am fully trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Method Level 3 for couples.
I provide individual, family and couples counseling services. Together we can work on your emotional responses, past/current stressors, relationship issues, and improve communication skills. We can identify and change thinking and behavior patterns, so you can live a peaceful, connected and fulfilling life.
