If you are struggling with being too hard on yourself, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, navigating family conflict, making decisions, or caring for yourself while trying to hold everything together, I am here to help. You may be a teen trying to keep it together, a young adult finding your footing, or someone feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to understand alone. My style is relational, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in family systems thinking. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and understood.

I'm so glad you are here. I help folks who are feeling isolated, depressed, anxious, confused, and untethered to find safety and belonging. Whether you are an individual, couple, or family we will work collaboratively toward making conscious and conscientious choices that promote "just" relationships - relationships grounded in love and equity - with ourselves and one another. I firmly believe that this is fundamental to finding our way through life's constant changes and challenges.

Welcome — I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step in taking care of yourself, whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or looking to connect with a new provider. I approach therapy with empathy and curiosity, creating a space where you can feel seen, supported, and truly heard. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate grief, life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship challenges — with a particular focus on serving LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse communities, as well as those diagnosed with cancer or in survivorship.

You spend so much time caring for everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to care for yourself. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or struggling through a major life transition. Maybe you're carrying the weight of past trauma, relationship difficulties, or questions about faith and identity. I believe healing begins when you have a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work to identify your strengths, process difficult experiences, and develop tools to help you move toward greater peace, confidence, and emotional well-being.

My ideal clients are adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I am especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, and identity changes, as well as individuals and couples navigating blended family dynamics and co-parenting. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Together, we create a supportive space to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
