I work with adults of all identities, and I’m especially experienced supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity-based stress, relationship concerns, family-of-origin wounds, and grief. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, on-edge, disconnected from themselves, or stuck repeating the same relationship dynamics.

I’m an integrative therapist with a relational psychodynamic and attachment-based foundation. In sessions, we’ll explore your emotional world with curiosity and care while also building DBT-informed skills for mindfulness and emotional regulation. I also draw from somatic and existential therapy to support meaning-making and a clearer sense of self.
