With over 15 years of experience as a therapist working with adults (18+) who experience PTSD, eating disorder, personality disorders and mood disorders, I believe it is crucial to create a safe, non-judgmental space to practice therapy. I approach therapy from a client centered approach to build a solid, therapeutic relationship and practice from a trauma-informed perspective.
My approach to psychotherapy is adaptive, depending on your needs. I have a strong skill set and years of experience utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, BPD, depression and anxiety.
I have worked in a variety of settings and would like to join you wherever you are at in your journey. Together we can find and identify goals and establish the steps to which we can achieve them. I strive to assess each individual client to find the most effective treatment and create a safe and warm environment to form the therapeutic relationship.
