My approach to counseling is integrating therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Creative Arts Therapy and Mindfulness, to name a few. My hope is that you will develop insight, techniques, healthier boundaries and positive relationships in your life. I provide a safe space, to help you to find happiness, confidence, balance, perspective and inner peace.
I am dual licensed in both Mental Health Counseling and Creative Arts Therapy, which I believe allows for a unique experience in reaching your goals.
