Welcome! Life truly is a journey and I'm here to help you navigate your path towards personal growth. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and have experience in a variety of settings with people that are struggling with diverse life issues. Do you want to work on your personal growth? My approach to counseling is integrating therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Creative Arts Therapy and Mindfulness, to name a few. My hope is that you will develop insight, techniques, healthier boundaries and positive relationships in your life. I provide a safe space, to help you to find happiness, confidence, balance, perspective and inner peace.
I am dual licensed in both Mental Health Counseling and Creative Arts Therapy, which I believe allows for a unique experience in reaching your goals.
