Hi, I’m Justine. Most of the people I work with are used to holding it together. On the outside, they may seem fine—but internally, they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Many are navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, or major life transitions. Others have spent years feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or unsure how to make sense of themselves. At a certain point, pushing through stops working. That’s usually when people reach out.
I work with adults who are ready to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—and begin creating meaningful, lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and grounded in both clinical training and real-life experience. I help clients identify patterns that are keeping them stuck, rebuild their sense of identity, and develop the tools
