I'm fully trained in Perinatal and Postpartum mood disorders through PSI. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Exposure and Response Prevention to tackle anxiety, depression, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, infant loss (at any stage), and suicidal ideations.
