About
Has something always felt off in your life? Perhaps you’ve never made peace with your past, or you feel you’ve settled for too little in your present life. I work with many women who have struggled with trauma, doubts about their relationship, or worry about how their own past will impact their children. They often feel like they’re not good enough, despite what they’ve accomplished, or what they do for everyone around them. I help people discover and accept their most authentic self. Sometimes that means learning to better understand and love life as it is, and sometimes that means making big changes.
I am a Doctoral level Social worker with nearly 30 years of experience and training in mental health. I hold graduate degrees in psychology, couples and family therapy, and social work. I specialize in trauma work, and offer therapies such as in-depth psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, DBT and ACT to help you heal and grow.
What if you could be happy with yourself as you are? What if you could cope better in the moment, while using creativity and self-exploration to heal your past? I know it’s hard to reach out for help. You’ve already shown bravery by getting this far. I look forward to helping you with the next step. Call or email me to set up an initial consultation.
