Drained from people pleasing and feeling like you have to be "perfect” and meanwhile feeling unfulfilled with relationships, work, and difficulty realizing what you truly want? I help adults with anxiety, OCD, and trauma break free from patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I will help you reconnect with your values, regulate your nervous system, and feel like your authentic self.
I use a somatic approach, EMDR, where we use bilateral stimulation (tapping, eye movements, etc.) to heal from traumatic memories. For clients experiencing OCD, phobias, and social anxiety, I use Exposure and Response Prevention to help challenge fears and compulsions. I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to teach mindfulness skills, and values work
