About
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I would be honored to work alongside you as you seek healing around things like life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief.
My therapy practice is deeply rooted in feminist and anti-racist frameworks, and is trauma-informed, trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and sex-positive. It is also shaped by my experiences and identities as a queer, white, working-class cis woman. This includes actively examining my own internal biases to support clients with intersecting identities.
I hold a master's degree in clinical social work from Boston University. I draw on many modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy, and primarily use a Humanistic approach. I am trained in California as a Domestic Violence Counselor and have experience working with LGBTQ-identified survivors of domestic violence.
