I am a compassionate, irreverent, strengths-based therapist. I enjoy helping teenagers, adults, and partnerships deepen their relationships with themselves. I think of therapy as a laboratory for discerning and developing life change. By considering therapy, I believe that you already possess the innate capacity and bravery to pursue this change so that you can live your life to the fullest. I draw upon psychodynamic, narrative, transfeminist, and other liberatory approaches in my work with clients. I have completed EMDR Basic Training with Deany Laliotis of the Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy.

As a transfeminine therapist, I consider the ways in which structural oppression impacts individual well-being. I strive to create gentle, supportive space for those who have experienced formative and ongoing traumas. I work with people of all identities, especially LGBTQ+ individuals, non-monogamous, members of the kink community, and neurodivergent people.

The Frederick Center's Youth Group Jr. is a free peer community group for LGBTQ+ youth, ages 9 to 13, co-facilitated by LGBTQ+-identified facilitators, including The Frederick Center’s Program Coordinator and Justine Kilian, LMSW. Meetings are topic-driven, including education, support, friendship-building, skill-sharing, and more. This is a great place to make connections in a safe, affirming, and welcoming environment. Group meetings are held on Wednesdays from 5-6:30 pm at The Frederick Center. On the last Wednesday of each month, the meetings are held virtually via Zoom.
